Explore the charming Valle de Ojos Negros on our cheese and wine tour. This delightful journey takes you through the scenic landscapes east of Ensenada, where you will taste exquisite cheeses paired with local wines. Discover the rich flavors and traditions of this unique region, known for its artisanal cheese production.

About the tour

Our first stop will meet the winemaker Pepe Pedrosa, local produce and owner of Infinito Winery.
After, we will move to Rancho La Campana, where you can taste artisan cheeses paired with quality wines and other craft products in the underground cellar at La Cava de Marcelo.
Learn about Ramonetti family, producing cheese and dairy products from 1911, and the cheese making process on a guided tour at their facilities.
Have lunch at their gourmet restaurant located in the Aleyha Lavender Farm, at your own expenses.

On this route you will find the first wineries and oldest vineyards where wine was made for the first time in Baja California, resulting in wines of the highest quality.

Yes, we are pet friendly. Please, let us know you are bringing your dog to plan the perfect itinerary for you. We need to charge an additional amount of $25 USD used for a special car wash after the tour, that you can pay directly to your guide/driver the same day of the tour.

No. We can fit them in our vehicles, but the person needs to be seated in a regular seat. Please, let us know if you are bringing your wheelchair/scooter to plan the perfect itinerary for you.

No. The law in Mexico requires to seat babies under 12 months old in baby seats, you will need to bring your own. You can’t carry your baby on your lap.

No, everybody accepts US dollars or Mexican pesos, it is up to you. You can pay with credit/debit card everywhere, except if you are taking La Bufadora tour, where we recommend to bring cash to save money at the craft booths.
