What you send through the forms (contact, tour inquiry and newsletter) reaches us by email and is kept on our server for up to 12 months.
How we use it
We use it to answer your questions, organize and confirm your tour (pickup, itinerary, wineries and restaurants), send you the information you ask for and, if you subscribed, our news and offers. We do not sell or rent your information.
Third parties
Online bookings and payments are processed by FareHarbor, the chat is provided by tawk.to and the video on the home page is served by YouTube. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy. We only share with wineries, restaurants and guides what is needed to provide your tour.
